My old buddy from back home catches five trophy stripers on his visit to East Tennessee to fish with me. We had a great time on the TN. river catching these trophy class fish. Action was good and my buddy is ready to move here. If you love to fish I recommend Tennessee it has more water than anyone can fish in a lifetime. If you want to stretch your line give me a shout.

East Tennessee Trophy striper fishing with Bud White.
Logan and Drew hooked up with uncle Bud trying to catch a Tennessee monster striper. We fished for two days landing 5 nice striper on day one. Drew landed the best catch of the day a nice striper near forty pounds. Day two the action was very slow we trolled for miles with no hits. We made one more pass down the river searching and searching. Finally we got action on our biggest bait a monster fifty inch striper attack. Logan fights the monster striper to the boat and I grabbed it. The monster measured 50 inches we got some pictures and released it to fight another day.
Me and my son Nick had another great day catching big striped bass. The early bite was very good we landed two big striped bass in the first hour. Bite slowed and we searched the river over and got two more big fish. I love fishing and always have fun with it. When I take the boys its moments like this I cherish the most. All fish were handled gently and released to fight another day.
Me and Mike Allen caught five big East Tennessee Stripers on this trip. Catching these Big East Tennessee Stripers is not easy but we always seem to get a few to the boat. All of the striper we landed were over 40 inches that in it self was a amazing accomplishment. We lost 2 more very big fish and had a total of 15 strikes. A day of striper fishing to remember for sure.
